Treasure of the Enchanted Forest

“Treasure of the Enchanted Forest,” made for kids ages 7 to 10, turns your backyard, a park, or a room decorated with leaves into a magic forest where an old keeper of the woods hid a treasure before dozing off under a great oak. Five clues, left as carved leaves, mossy stones, and tiny firefly lanterns, lead the kids from hiding spot to hiding spot until they reach the chest: match a leaf to its tree, follow a trail of colorful mushrooms, put the four seasons of one clearing in order, find the flower that opens only at moonlight. Every challenge mixes sharp eyes, logic, and a little moving around, and none of them asks anyone to read a long passage. The book already includes every card and board to cut out, the steps are laid out one at a time, and the game works just as well for a handful of kids as for a big crowd around the party table. There is nothing to improvise on game day: hide the clues, start the adventure, and let the young explorers walk all the way to the chest. The guide also offers hiding-spot ideas, backup hints, and an easier version for the youngest players. At the end of the quest, every child earns a Forest Protector certificate.
